Review: On September **,2011 I hired this company to treat my garage for termites.This was the second time I had this company to my home for this problem . The first time I was given a one year guarantee. The second time I was given a two year guarantee and paid the $250.00 fee for the treatment. On January **,2013 I called [redacted] to ask that he come to re-check one section of my garage. On 1/**/2013 I was informed that the ground was too cold to treat again and that I should wait till the weather warmed up. A representative from the company finally came to examine the garage ([redacted]) on 4/*/13. This individual corroborated the presence of termites in one section of my garage. I made an appt. to have this section retreated on 7/**/2013... When I called to confirm the time I was told by the receptionist that the owner decided to not honor the contract ....I was told that my $250.00 be refunded..Desired Settlement: I'm tuely dismayed that the owner of this company has taken this position. I can only think that this position was taken because my neighbor opted to not have his garage treated at the same time. Regardless...if a reputable business offers a written warranty they should honor it !!!!!

This customer has been a difficult customer since day one.

We treated his garage numerous times for termites in 2011, 2012 & 2013. This customer was only charged in 2011, despite being serviced in 2012 & 2013.

The termite problem is stemming from his neighbor's adjoining garage wall. He will continue to experience problems if his neighbor's garage wall is not treated.

We were gracious enough to refund his intial and only cost of S250.00 via our check #[redacted] since we could not help him due to the adjoining garage wall. We are insulted that he chose to slander our name without proper cause. Kindly update your records to reflect our side of the story and our efforts in trying to resolve his dilemma.
