The part number was on the belt that he wanted replaced. He was given the correct belt for a 33" Cub Cadet mower. The customer was sold the correct belt. If he would like to bring the mower in, we can show him how to put it on.
I'm sorry Mrs. [redacted] feels she has been charged a hidden fee. The Sears mower was brought into our shop for repair and we were asked to give an estimate. Mrs. [redacted] was given an estimate and decided not to fix the machine. Our labor rate is $75.00 an hour and is clearly posted in the store. The mechanic took the time to diagnose the problem and that is what she was charged for.
