Durring the a visit for my seven year old daughter, the assistant of the optometrist made a rude comment about my daughter in front of my daughter. Then she proceeded to talk about my daughter to other employees so loudly I could hear. My daughter was excited but NOT unruly. Secondly, durring another visit as my daughter was having her eyes examined, and My daughter did not read the letters correctly because she could not see them and the optometrist turned around dramaticly to me and gave me a rude look. I will not speculate what that look ment. Also [redacted] WOULD NOT correct my daughters vision better than what she said was "20/25" even after I made comments about my daughter not being able to read the letters as she should. I am very appaulled by the treatment of my child.
