Hillcrest Ranches

40 acres for 39000.00 beautiful mountain pictures and lots of pine forest. I had just been to that area and fell in love with those mountains and hills. That's what got me. Hillcrest ranch. Live the dream. Made contact with the agent who regurgitated exactly what the web site said until I asked for a parcel map. He countered with statements about how beautiful the area is, how happy his previous customers are, and the area was too large to have a parcel map. He did send me a general map with Hillcrest ranches marked on it. I did research and no one I spoke with had heard of this subdivision. However when I requested a copy of the contract to have an attorney look at it what I got was a contract for a subdivision, Westwood ranches. Westwood ranches is in the town of Seligman not Williams which was repetedly told to me. I had just been to that area a month ago and am not a huge fan of that area. He said to me over the phone that he had sold majority of Hillcrest Ranch properties so he wanted to show me Westwood ranch properties. Which was funny because just two days ago he said he had over twenty parcels for me to chose from. Prior to this call I researched Hillcrest ranches on the AZ.gov subdivision lists and Hillcrest ranches was not listed. It was all a bait and switch.
