responsibility to park in correct assigned spots.  We cannot waive any early termination fee as it states in the first paragraph of the lease. Lease break fees are equivalent to ONE month rent. A 20 day notice is required by all tenants, if a 20 day is not provided on time the tenant would there for be responsible for the next month rent.
