7-9-19 Took my car to this business to get rear brakes, which I knew I needed. About 3 hrs. later I was called to be informed that it needed a seal where driveshaft connects to rear differential, they said it was leaking severely. I ask for a price on both repairs and was given a $400. 00 estimate. There were no leaks coming from the car, 3 to 4 weeks before this I had taken the car to the dealer to have the differential fluid changed. If that seal had been leaking at all, I am sure the dealer would have informed me when they changed the differential fluid, they said nothing of it. If the dealer mechanics would have had a mishap I believe that's what they would have told me in order to get the business of changing the seal. The charges I had to pay were closer to $500.00, for me it was a big hurt. Aside from the charges being more than the ones told to me, it was all supposed to be done in one day. It was not, had been inconvenienced so I had to arrange for transportation home that evening and then back to pay for and pickup the vehicle the NEXT morning. Don't know who to trust at all. Not ever seeing ANY leaks from my car, what am I supposed to think? If they are a good business, why aren't they Revdex.com rated?
