This agency does not care about the clients. I had death in my family, they never offered any condolences. I had an appointment With bad weather so I called to advise them I was going to be a few minutes late. They had me wait Almost an hour to speak to an attorney. The entire time I waited, They never checked with me on an update on my appointment time. When I asked the receptionist of a time frame, she told me since I was late (only by 5 minutes) I had to wait. I will never hire these attorneys for any services or recommend them. Then, they don't follow up with you. It went over 30 days after meeting with them & I had to constantly contact them.
