Thank you for your correspondence in the above matterWe apologize for the error in the [redacted] bill This was caused by information given to us by [redacted] *** Cothat the balance on the bill had to be put on the company VISA card before they would turn on the gas This amount of $was billed on the tenant account We were now advised by [redacted] that this is an error but we have not received any refund, but have reversed the charge on the tenant account We are still working on [redacted] to investigate this transactionAttached is a copy of the E [redacted] invoice in the amount of $which we paid for the period of July 15, through August 15, 2016, and charged to her account Ms [redacted] vacated September 30, and we have not to date received a billing for the period August 16, through September 30, If Ms [redacted] has received the final invoice and paid it, please adviseNeither of these transactions were reported to any credit bureau

amount of $243.76 was billed on the tenant account.  We were now advised by [redacted] that this is an error but we have not received any refund, but have reversed the charge on the tenant account.  We are still working on [redacted] to investigate this transaction. Attached is a copy of the E[redacted] [redacted] invoice in the amount of $27.18 which we paid for the period of July 15, 2016 through August 15, 2016, and charged to her account.  Ms. [redacted] vacated September 30, 2016 and we have not to date received a billing for the period August 16, 2016 through September 30, 2016.  If Ms. [redacted] has received the final invoice and paid it, please advise. Neither of these transactions were reported to any credit bureau.
