By Virginia Law, a dealer has 30 days to produce a title to the customer. Vehicle was sold on 9/08/2017. We received the title from the DMV on 9/14/2017 and have made multiple calls to the customer to come by and pick it up. Car was "sold as is" and the customer signed the bill of...
