Review: My daughter took her vehicle to Hills Auto for a transmission repair, that was taken care of. She also asked them to inspect her car because they had a sign that said $30.00 pass or fail. She expected to get a phone call before they put any more work into the car for the inspection. When they called her to tell her the car was ready they also told her they did over $500.00 worth of work on the vehicle above the transmission work. She never received a phone call requesting permission to do that work. They just did it without permission. When she went to talk to them she asked them to take the parts off the car that they put on and they said they could not. So she had to leave without her vehicle because she didn't have the money to pay. The work they did, Her dad could have done for her. They have our house number and cell phone numbers They never left any messages on any of the phones. When I called them and complained that they should not have fixed the car I felt like they were blowing me off and taking advantage of a young girl. We will never do business with this company again. bottom line is, they shouldn't have done any work to that car without permission.Desired Settlement: I think the total minus the $30.00 should be refunded because they did not use good judgment in repairing the car without getting ahold of somebody. Because they would have been told not to do the work!
