I had placed an order online regarding some aircraft parts, Credit card was declined so I called in and ask for wire Instructions to purchase the parts, never received the wire instructionsI called and cancelled the Orderdays later the charge appears on my credit card, when I never authorized to get charged a second time, I had already ordered the parts somewhere elseWhen I see the charge on my CC account I immediately call and asked to cancel my order for the second time, now I am being charged a reestocking fee of 25% when I never authorized any of those chargesThey claim to be cessna parts and wont refund my money until they receive the money back from cessnaVery dissapointed with this situation
