The customer Michael Tryba ordered drinks, captain and coke tallThese drinks were made with the same standard that each and every drink has been made with for the last years of operationAfter roughly minutes later the drinks were brought to the attention of the server who then introduced
the gentleman to me as managementThe customer brought two of the above drinks up to the bar about half empty stating that they were not strong enoughI explained how each of the drinks are made as I was the bartender that fulfilled the server's order for the customerThe customer insisted we give him and his group another round of drinks, but this time strongerI explained to him that the drinks were made to standard pour, and they had consumed them so I would not be making them another round for freeThe customer became verbally aggressive towards myself and therefore was explained again, that I would not be making a replacement drinkThe customer continued to follow myself and other bartenders up and down the bar while full of customers on a very busy night asking the others to make his replacement drinksIt was at this moment that he was explained to again by me that this would not be happeningAfter continued berating he was asked to leave by our doormanThe issue presented by ID *** will not be fulfilled as the customer acted inappropriately and will not be rewarded for trying to essentially scam free drinksIt is our pride that each cocktail is made up to specification of the establishment, as we have continued in good standing business for over decade doing soThank you again for your time and I am available for any other questions you may have
