They took our processing fee of $3,500, 65 days ago. We are still waiting for the blueprints and paperwork to start permit process. No one knows anything when we call.

Currently in the process of the build with HiLine Homes Roseburg Oregon. So far our experience with HiLine is Awful..: and we’re not done yet, the project manager (A*** W***) is impossible to get ahold of, Then once you start your project you get a different project manager(Bri**) that hasn’t even been there to see the project. so every time you call him, he has no idea what’s going on and just blames the project manager before him. The whole company doesn’t act like your money matters to them, as of right now it just seems like they take your money while you wait and hope you like the product. They also do a lot of stuff the lazy way as long as it passes code. Also none of the company’s that build your house actually work for HiLine and when you talk to them, they are just as unhappy with the Project Manager’s and HiLine it’s self. I would say go a different route if you can then HiLine. You might spend a little more money but have a much better experience, more security and possibly better quality.
