I am writing in reference to the complaint ID [redacted]. The complaint is referencing Hi line Homes ofTri·Cities, however the home in question was not built by that branch of Hiline. The complaint shouldreference Hi line Homes of Medford (Oregon).We contacted the homeowner, [redacted], on 2/17/17...
and made an appointment to inspect hishome on 2/23/17. Yesterday, on 2/23/17, we met with [redacted] at his home. We inspected, took somevideo of the floor squeaks, and discussed the situation.We had been out to the home before and made some repairs, but they didn't end up lasting. At thistime, we are discussing what to do to make sure we can repair it in a more permanent fashion. time to resolve this matter. I was contacted, they said they would be over the next day, which was not acceptable since I had prior arrangements that I had to make, So I was told I would be contacted again sometime next week. That is not a date, but rather a reference to something that may or may not happen. I don't want the response they made to appear as though they had actually thought it through and asked me what was an acceptable time and date to discuss the matter in this complaint. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted] The resolution will be satisfactory to me, when the drywall contractor has actually come out and fixed the issues at hand. Prior to that time, I cant say whether the resolution is satisfactory or not. A date was set for the gutter to be fixed at a certain time. That didn't happen till the next business day, tying up our worker for the entire day waiting for them to show up. Although the gutter was finally fixed, the satisfaction leading up til then was not.
This is an update that we have been in direct contact with the [redacted]'s and have an in-person meeting with them today. I am optimistic we will be able to resolve this soon.
We discussed this over the phone, framing has been completed, and we are working to finish remaining items as quickly as possible.
We are very happy with the workmanship, subs. were on time or before! came back after one year and fixed what needed fixing!
