I have attached a copy of General Motors program rules in regards to there loaner program that states they give the mileage extension but not the time. I have reached out to our local GM rep to see if they are able to do a goodwill extension and will hopefully know something shortly.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke on three occasions directly to General Motors.  They said that the decision had to be made by the dealer, and that they GM had contacted Hiley and Hiley refused to change the warranty start date.

Our original quote to fix the vehicle included the struts and was closer to $1800 but was declined by the consumer. We replaced one ball joint which took care of a portion of the issue, but the struts need to be replaced as well. Currently the vehicle has aftermarket struts, and the control arm has...

issues as well. In order to take care of the issue we  will need to replace the struts and are happy to do so at a reduced rate.

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The General Manager has indicated that ALL references to the incorrect information have been located after a more thorough search of all Subaru systems. Here's hoping THIS time is the final time I need to address this issue.
