ExtortionistThey want $to clean a thin, double-size quilted comforter (not a big down comforter, mind you)$84?!?! I have had a horrible experience with this companyI brought shirts and pants to the cleaners and asked if they would be ready by a specific date with no requested rush or special treatmentI was told that they wouldWhen I picked them up, I was charged $for dry cleaning vs laundering and next day serviceI complained to one of the co-owners that this pricing structure was never communicated to me prior to dropping off my clothesShe was unwilling to understand a customer's concerns, was condescending, and suggested that this was my fault for not asking specific, targeted questions concerning their pricing structureShe said that her employee did nothing wrong in not communicating exorbitant pricingThis is unacceptable business practice and they have lost my business going forward
Extremely expensive! They charge $for a standard cotton men's shirt!!! Unheard of! They also charged me $to clean a simple black mini dressOn the receipt they claim "special care." This was never communicated to me at drop off when I requested a wash service for the shirtsThe shirts' cleaning instructions state wash/dry clean with no special careWhat a scam! These items have been cleaned numerous times elsewhere with no issues at $per shirt! I will not be going back

I sent in a bedspread with complete measurement and told it would be weeks.Two weeks later I was called and told the measurements were not correct and to come in and pin itemI reduced the two side to one and returned right away and told they would called when ready and it should be about more weeksIn two weeks I weeks to the cleaners and was told it was not there and they would call when inToday on the 15th I called and it could not be found and upon looking further They did find itI mentioned that I did not feel I should pay the full price as the amount of work originally quoted was for more and told to talk to manager and call another numberSince I could not reach herI called the Bainbridge Coto contact her and have her call me.e owner Zarrah C*** at 206-866-called me and it an even tone I told her what was expected which was money back and she ended with I am going to hand up nowThis prompted me to send this emailI have been in different busnesses over the y
