On April 26 I ordered 3 garments(masks) from this company. Money was paid through PayPal and was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. This is a clearing house and at the time of the order I was not aware merchandise would come from overseas(China). Items arrived at la airport and on May 1 a email correspondence said my items were ready for delivery, Next correspondence said items were in customs.I waited but had no further correspondence. I filed a complaint with PayPal and on may 10th was told by Hihi that items cleared customs. It is now May21 and I asked for a new tracking number and delivery means(FedEx,UPS,USPS or other)and delivery date. I have not received a reply to this request. I feel even with the medical problems everyone is dealing with,this company does not respond sincerely with proper information.They have said they would refund money,but I need the items I ordered.
