I spent $15,000 on an in-frame rebuild on an International Navistar Tractor, upon delivery back to my home state of Michigan, the ruck had several issues, the turbo clamp was improperly installed and created a loud sucking noise, a couple lose connections on the wire harness cased sensor faults, there was NO freon in the AC compressor, despite being charged for a seal kit, which was not installed, they replaced two injector cups, and charged me for new o rings and seals for the injectors, after less than 1,500 miles, 5 out of 6 injectors leaked, and caused the high pressure oil pump to fail. after the first thousand miles, there was significant oil and coolant usages, both LOW. Air fittings were not tight , sensors were "gummed" up with crud, meaning that when the engine was torn down, it was not cleaned properly. as a result after two break downs and towing bills, I have spent and additional $8,000 ! If you expect to get more than 2,000 miles on a rebuild, I would think twice about having the work done here. they do not stand behind it.
