I contacted them today (3/19/18) and they told me they would get me the correct information I have not been successful

We have been actively working to secure a resolution, and are surprised by this complaintAs we explained to him via email on March 1st, the company responsible for generating and/or correcting his tax form is [redacted] , not HighTower StLouisWe instructed him to contact ***, and gave him the phone number as well as the name of the manager in the Tax and Transfer of Assets Cost Basis department to seek a resolutionWe no longer have any affiliation with [redacted] Financial, and thus [redacted] will not take any instructions from usWe are interesting in helping him secure a resolution to this matter, and we will call him again today to re-explain this information

We are continuing to work with the client to help him find a resolutionAs mentioned previously, *** *** is the party responsible for correcting the tax formOnce they correct they form, they will provide the information to *** to correct their formWe did a joint call with the client and *** *** on March 19thThey advised they would work on fixing the issue and would reach out to the client directly upon completion *** ***

They have said the 1099 is incorrect, and the info. needed to correct is easy to obtain.
