We were ready to purchase a vehicle and were told the next day they didn't have the title. Nor did the dealer they purchased it from. The vehicle was to be returned to the original dealer. It remained on CarFax and was subsequently marked SOLD on CarFax a few days later. We never received a call to let us know the title had been found.
