Highline Motor Sales

I found this vehicle on car guru. I spoke to the sales man Esa A. After about a week of exchanging information I decided to go and view the vehicle. I drove 4 hours to view the vehicle. There were a few things that needed to be done (which he told me he did the day I purchased the vehicle but did not). I purchased the vehicle about 2 weeks after viewing the vehicle, which was may *** 2019. Mr. Esa informed me he purchased the vehicle from an auto auction in Florida and was waiting on the title to be sent. Over the last 9 months Mr.Esa has sent me about 6 or 7 30 day temporary plates ( from new jersey, his dealership is in New York). All of this time he has been stating he is still waiting on the title from Florida. After I told Mr. Esa I would no longer accept temporary plates he started buying me rentals. It is now February 2020. I have yet to receive a title,Mr.Esa has disappeared, I can no longer drive the vehicle, and I am paying for the car loan and insurance, plus a rental to get back and fourth to work. Please help
