Review: [redacted] was a friend and colleague of ours. Our condenser failed and he came to fix it. Said we needed a new one. He asked us to pay for the condensing unit via cash so he could give us the best deal on the unit, he took our money in Oct 2012 and never brought the condenser. Our family of four have been suffering through the 2013 hot days calling [redacted] and pleading with him to get the unit here or give us our money back totally $ 1,042.23. His phones are all shut off as of today and we have not received our unit or cash back.
