Review: I've been with this security company for over 12 years, my system is not completely working to my necessities. I just had back surgery and I need a medical pendant which I received but it never worked. I've paid for my alarm every quarter on time. This company has kept me under contract for 12 years and I have 3 more years to go and I haven't received any service on my system , my contract automatically renews every five years. I want to cancel but I have a penalty fee.. I feel like I've been taken advantage for my kindness. Now I tried to cancel but they use scare tactics so I won't cancel. This company is not even accredited by the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Cancel my contract without any termination fees. I signed the contract in 2007 and my 5 years are up.
