On 7/14/I stopped at Highland to purchase a 14" tire to replace a blown tire on my lawn trailerThey did not have a new 14" in stockI asked if they had a used one and was told they did not sell used tiresAs I was leaving they said wait and let them check in backThey returned with a used tire and sold it to me for $mounted on my rimI was told there was no warranty on the tireI drove the mile or so to my trailer and put on the tire where as it was noticeable that the tire was low, aired it up, drove about miles home and saw the tire was low againSince I was told by Highland at the time that that was the only 14" tire they had I took it to another dealer who checked it in a water bath and discovered a leak (hole) in the sidewall of tire, non-repairableWhen I advised Highland that they had sold me a junk tire not a used tire they basically said I was S.O.L, no refund
