I want to know why you pulled $from *** *** *** *** checking account via Check Conversion Voucher

this company created a check with an old bank routing & account number and took $out of our bank account without our knowledge and can provide no documentation as to what the payment was for I was given a phone number *** to call to get the details When I call that number, it goes right to voicemail that states "Please wait for the tone to leave a voice message" No identifying company information and no call back after multiple tries I find this highly unethical if not a scam

This company processed two (2) check conversion vouchers on our bank account and withdrew funds When contacted, they state that they are third party who processed these charges for another company, Medical Compliance They immediately agreed to refund one charge but claims they did not see a second charge They gave me a telephone for this other company of which the number goes to an answering machine When I contacted Highland Resources a second time to give him this information and ask for the complete name and address of the other company, he stated that he did not have that information I asked again for a refund of both of these unauthorized withdrawals and he said again that he would only refund one because he did not show evidence of the second one and refused to offer any other information or assistance
