Did not order but was charged for it anyway.
I Googled Keto Fast XP for my sister-in-law and this site came up. Read through the page looking for anything that would say that it was a monthly submission-cause that's usually what they do. Didn't see anything. I filled out the claim from with all my info then realized that what I was going to get was Keto Fast, not the Keto Fast XP that it said it was selling. I hit the "X" button to close form and the tab out. I did not submit the order! I happened to check my EM a few minutes later and there was a confirmation for something that I DID NOT order. I immediately called the 800 number to cancel. She tried to talk me into keeping it by offering 25% off, then 30% and finally 80% to which each time I said no and requested she cancel the order that was just place by them, not me. Finally she said she had and gave me a confirmation number. I assumed it was over. I went in to pay my CC bill a couple of days later and there was a charge for *** The product said when I was filling out the form that it was only *** and I assume shipping and handling. How did it jump from that to that amount??! I called them again and got a guy this time and explained to him that I had called after I got the confirmation and cancelled the order. How I did not submit the order but got a confirmation anyway. He explains to me that the FUTURE shipments had been cancelled-not the actual order itself! That's not what I told her to cancel. I told her to cancel the order that THEY took upon themselves to place!! The guy tried to tell me I had ordered it. Now I know I did not. It wasn't even the product that my sister-in-law wanted so why would I continue the order???!!! He told me I could return the bottles for a *** restocking fee per bottle. The claim form said it was sending 5 bottles. I told him I was not going to pay for restocking of something that I did not order. He then offered 30% off to not send it back. I told him I hadn't ordered it and that I wanted the charge credited back to my account! He tried to say his spew and I told him once again that I had not ordered it, that I did not submit an order, that they took my info and completed the order anyway. I told him I was going to dispute the charge and he told me to go ahead and hung up on me. I called my CC company and started a dispute and will be waiting to hear back. He asked me if I had received the product and I told him that I had not but I'm sure they probably shipped it. They try to get it out as fast as they can so they can charge you. That's why I had called right away to cancel before they could ship it. But I'm sure they're going to say I placed the order since they shipped it and I'll end up paying the charge. I seriously have never had someone charge my card without hitting the submit button. But I finding out that all those ads that are on FB and all the other social media sites are gimmicks and scams! Some things are shipped from China but there's no where on the site that tells you that either so you're waiting over a month for your item. Ugh... I will not be ordering from any of those ads again!! I myself order directly from the product sight itself or Amazon. Not from a 3rd party. The saddest part is that these orders have been for someone else, not me, because they don't have CCs. And I'm the one left fighting with the company ordered from and my CC company. Buyer beware!! Oh. And they also said I could pay by PayPal and when I tried to click on PayPal, there was no link. And when you went to payment screen, there was no PayPal Icon to click on. Should have known right there that this was a BIG FAT SCAM!!

I just want my credit card refunded for the item that I did not place an order for. And for websites to be set up that you can't be charged if you do not submit the order. Not being charged just because you enter your payment information.

I received a charge on my debit for 69.99,9.99,1.99 from Highland Health Shoo. No address or phone number on transaction. Did not order
I have no way of getting in touch with them. I have no web site I am totally in the dark. I am old and do not know what they are selling. Please help me get my money back.

Received a promotion to try product. Never signed up for membership...read terms and conditions VERY CAREFULLY and did not agree to anything.
Purchase via PayPal credit card. Was charged initial purchase price and then "membership" fee on the same day. They couldn't even find my order right away. When they did find it they claimed that I "agree" to the membership and said that I had received the product monthly per the membership terms. Never received any subsequent products and then was disconnected because "they couldn't resolve my issue". Want to be refunded the ***. I will be disputing the 2 charges with my credit card company. BEWARE, THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Refund my credit card *** the amount owed to me because I never signed up for a membership nor did I receive any additional product.

I have receives several unauthorized transactions from this companywith no wTo contact them to resolve the problem.
I was charged $89.98 and $2.98 on May 15, 2020. I did not order anything from this company.

I would like all of mymoney refunded and no more charges incurred.

None of their phone numbers work. They over charged me and refuse to refund the amounts and they keep charging me for things I did not order.

None of the customer service phone numbers work that they provide. I spent an hour on an online chat that told me they would refund me as they over charged me and that did not happen. And then spent another hour and half on the online chat to no resolve. I keep getting new charges that I do not agree with nor did I order anything new. I sent back all products received on 6/23/2020 to receive a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for all amounts charged and to be removed from continuing charges that I have not approved.

The company has not gotten in touch with me, but my bank has issued refunds. None of their phone numbers work and emails never get answered.

Charged my credit card after cancellation.
I cancelled an order five minutes after placing the order, but they still charged my CC. I have a cancellation number ***.This is fraud to charge me after cancellation, same day. I want my refund.

I want my $198.70 credit to my credit card.

The order was placed for the 5-bottle bundle on a recurring subscription after 90 days you would receive one bottle every month. When you place an order for the 5-bottle bundle you get 3 bottles for $39.74 instead of the regular price of $69.99. Which means you get 3 for the price of 2 at full cost. It is a buy two get one free. The Ketocleanse would recur monthly for $34.98 until we were notified you would like to make changes to the account. Both billing modals all sales are final.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
We do see the cancellation of the subscription took place on June 6th, 2020.
On June 15th, 2020 we received a chargeback notification from your financial institution.
Once a chargeback is filed with your bank, we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account. The outcome will be between you and your bank.

I did not order this product.
I went on line 2 days ago to order a product from another company and looked at my bank account yesterday. I never went to Highland Health website at all. I was charged 198.70 and 34.98 for a product I never ordered. I called my bank and am disputing the charges. I did call the company and did not get a person to talk to just a machine. This is exact problem with the other complaint dated 5/2020 with the exact same amounts.I will be changing my debit card.

Desired Outcome

I expect a refund for a product I never ordered. If I get it I am returning all products. I am unemployed and would not order 200 dollars of product.

I have never received any products from them or my trail yet they have taken over 400$ out of my account. I did not ask for anything but the trail .
ordered trail size from Facebook 4/23. 4,98, and 4.99 keto and keto boast never received then on 5/7 they took 94.70 out of my account again on 5/11 89.98 again on 5/26 95.90 ,94.96,and 2.67 never received anything when I called they hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor on 6/3 they just kept telling me it was delivered.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.70 for the Ketofit and $89.98 for the Ketobooster fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the products.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.70 on May 6th and $89.98 on May 8th. We still did not receive a call for cancellation, so you were billed and sent out a second shipment of products on May 22nd.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on June 3rd, 2020. The account was immediately cancelled.
As a courtesy we have issued the refunds for the last charges for May 22nd. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account. When attempting to issue the refund for the $94.96 we received a banking error so we sent an electronic check to the email on file ***. You can print this and cash it. Or you can deposit it remotely using the routing number to your bank.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

My debit card was stolen and I did not make these charges on May 11th for $34.98 and 198.70. I only receive child support for 135.00 weekly.
The charges were made on my debit card which was stolen. Like I said, I am going thru s disability case, and only receive 135.00 a week for child support. I would never make an almost 200.00 charge. These charges need to be fully refunded to my bank account or they will be reported as fraudulent to the bank. I did not make these purchases! I waited on the phone 6 times to speak with someone in customer service. Got a message machine everytime. This needs to be rectified ASAP, as I do not have this kind of money, especially during a pandemic!!!!!

Product which was not ordered was delivered to my residence. I returned said product, unopened, via the shipper to the company on January 28, 2020.
To continue...Highland Health confirms that this product was returned on the 28th, but contends that my having taken possession of the package, although not opening it, constitutes 'receipt' and states their company policy will not accept a return once it is received.
This policy violates contract law. To complete a contract, merchandise has to be ordered and received. Refusing a shipment does not complete a contract.
Ordering this product is also suspect. My wife ordered a Keto product on line which was promoted as "free". She then began receiving product from at least five different companies claiming this was all part of the original "free" offer as described in the fine print on the computer monitor. We returned all these products and began a series of negotiations with the companies including some partial payments, acknowledgment of product returns and managed to satisfy these assessments, cancel all further orders and eventually mitigated all these claims. Except Highland Health.
Highland Health can not establish policy that violates contract law. They are billing me $244.79 for product they acknowledge I returned, unopened. I am refusing to pay it.

When you sign up for the 7 bottle bundle deal you get 7 bottles at $34.97 each instead of the regular price of $69.99 each. Which means you get 7 for the price of 4 at full cost. It is a buy four get three free promotion. With this billing modal all sales are final. We do not offer any free bottles we just started offering the product for a 14-day trial offer.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
We do see where you called in for the cancellation but since this billing modal does not have any recurring subscription there is nothing to cancel.
We received a notification of the chargeback with your financial institution on February 22nd, 2020.
Since you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the full charges. Due to the chargeback, we are unable to issue you a credit at this time because you would then end up getting a credit twice for those purchases. Once a chargeback is filed with your bank, we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account. The outcome will be between you and your bank. You indicate that my credit card company initiated a charge back. They did. But this was predicated on their "investigation" or "research" into my claim. This credit card company has a strange way of investigation. They first remove the charge. Then they "investigate" and accept whatever whimsical explanation they receive from the vendor. Then they reinstate the charge. In this case they sent several pages of your sales brochure as evidence of my order. By doing this they remove themselves from the dispute and as you astutely asserted, they allowed you to declare that the dispute was between me and my bank (read credit card company). This allows you to dodge any responsibility to adhere to contract law as defined by U. S. statues. They did not violate contract law, you did. A contract requires an order, which I still haven't seen proof of, and then delivery. I have proof that I returned the product unopened and the fact that the carrier, USPS, delivered the order to my house, I returned the order, to USPS, the same day. By law I did not "receive" it. That's the law. No receipt, no contract.

You allege I got credit twice from my credit card company. I got one. It was an "ole". Then they bowed out and re-instituted the charge. How is this my getting two credits?

I have cancelled the card and they no longer represent me nor did they ever. You don't owe me a refund. You need to not charge me for goods not received by contract.

If your business model is to lure late night 'net surfers' into bogus contracts and then pouncing when unnoticed terms are not met, then your business is based on a failed model. All scoundrels fail. It's not a matter of 'if', but 'when'. Your strategy to distance yourself from the illegality of breaching contract law by pitting the 'customer' against the 'bank' is clever. Don't confuse 'clever' with legal.

I expect you to drop this illegal charge against me through my 'bank'.

I requested a free sample on web page advertising the product. I received bill for $149 and product. I returnedproductwith RMA. No refund received.
Order number XXXXXXXX. Order date Jan 18. Attempt to request free sample. There was no order review and confirm option at time of order. Received invoice for $149.91 after an hour. Called customer service number immediately to report this error. A few days later I received the product and money was gone from my bank. I called customer service number and got RMA number. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Product was returned via USPS Jan 25. I have not received refund and company will not provide info or talk to me by phone after many requests for refund. They hang up on me.

Desired Outcome

I returned the product with authorized RMA number expecting refund. I think this company has been very deceitful and treated me unfairly. The customer service people hang up on me. Your help to get my money refunded would be greatly appreciated.

I viewed their website and considered getting a free sample. I clicked on the free sample. It seemed to go through ok. About an hour later I saw email confirming the order which had a charge of $149. I instantly called the company to cancel order because I did not want to purchase the product. They said no way to cancel the order and product would be shipped. Then they hung up on me before I was satisfied. I called my credit card company to dispute charge. They told me to try company return policy. So I contacted the company and received a Return authorization authority number from the company XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I returned the product and expected my money to be returned. So far I have not received any refund. I have contacted company customer service line many times and they always say no way to help and hang up on me. So here I sit, having paid for a product and having the product Returned. This companies deceitful web presentation and poor customer service line are near criminal in my view. They owe me $149.91. If you could help get my refund it would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide confirmation that highland health and beauty received the returned product and please refund to me the 149.91 that you owe me.

At this point I have not received this requested resolution.

I canceled the order before the product shipped. The product was shipped anyway so I was charged. I called customer service to ask how to return product and request a full refund. I was given a PO Box address to ship product back and was told to allow 7-10 business days for full refund to process. It's been 30 days and business still has not refunded/credited my credit card. Tonight customer service rep said there was a problem processing the refund so it's been escalated to another level. I keep getting excuses from the business why I haven't received a refund. I'm done waiting.

We did receive several emails from you, and we set up the return for the products. We received the products back February 7th, 2020. When attempting to issue the refund they got an error message and were unable to issue it back to the card on file. An error form was submitted to get an electronic check sent to the email on file ***. Electronic checks are issued in the order they are received so if the office team is behind on issuing checks due to the amount of checks that need to be issued from the failed refunds receiving the check can take longer than initially expected.
We have issued the electronic check to the email on file in the amount of $149.91. You can print this out and cash it or you can electronically deposit it using the routing number to your bank.
