I have been a customer for several years but as of today I don't think so I e-mailed their customer service and order in July and never heard anything so I called I faxed the order on August because they said they never got my e-mail I have spoken to them a couple of times about my order and they said it was in the warehouse to be shipped Well as of today, Sept 9, I still have not heard anything so I called Of course I got an answering machine when I said I was calling to check on an order I told them I was canceling the order that I faxed and that I would think about placing an order at a later date....NOT!!!! What customer service they provide If they treat all their customers like me then they won't stay in business long!

I placed an order on 5/6/2015. No where on their website can you complete your order. You have 2 choices, "call for credit card" or "use credit card on file" Since this was my first time ordering, I selected "call for credit card" And completed the order. The return message stated that an email would be sent to me to verify my order. I waited a few days, nothing. So I emailed their customer service and waited another 2 days. Nothing. So I called and gave them my order number and let them know I was waiting. So they got my cc # and said it was on the way. Still never got an email. Didn't know what was going on until They debited my account the $229 for my order PLUS $141.98 for shipping! I emailed them my concern about the shipping costs. Never heard anything. 5 days later I resent the email and demanded to be called and finally got a "got it, sent it to my boss" I got my 1 small box of signs yesterday. Actual cost of shipping $17.20.I'm STILL waiting to hear from someone. BUYER BEWARE
