This letter is in regards to a complaint sent by *** ***. I own A Touch Above Cleaning and was contacted by Ms *** about getting a cleaning doneI told her we could do a timed cleaning for hours for $I also told her if she needed more time that if the girls had time they could
add that onThe girls completed what she wanted done but again this was timed and we are not miracle workers*** sent me a text and pictures I do not know what her list consisted ofI asked the girls and they said no one mentioned adding on more time and they did accomplish what she wanted doneHer pictures were of a shower door that had buildup and mold on it, there were some other pictures but I do not know if those were on her list or notShe is requesting a refund of the $which I am not willing to do she paid for a timed clean and that is what she gotIf she were a regular customer we would not leave her house until all cleaning was completed Thank you Mary W***
