Sorry for the late response on this; it was just put on my desk today. Ihave contacted the Realtors involved in this transaction and here is what Ihave found out. Mr***s agent had sent him a mutual release of theagreement to sign and he never responded. As the listing company
we cannot return any earnest money without a fully executed mutual releaseMr.*** Realtor will be sending him another mutual release to sign today.If he simply signs the mutual release, his earnest money will be returnedto him promptly. Thank you
