Higher Standard Plumbing Service

I originally ordered and paid my deposit for the fencing in June of 2015. It is now 10/2015 and it still is not completed. They installed damaged fence panels. There is concrete on fence posts(some posts are even crooked). Not to mention that they installed the gate in the wrong place. The fence is already starting to peel in places. They are refusing to replace the damaged panels and are going to spray paint them. I asked them to just refund my money and take their fence and they refused that too. This company installed damaged panels and wants full price for them. Not to mention that they keep threatening me with the police department. I just want this experience to be over and wish that I had gone with another company. The only saving grace so far is that I haven't paid for the installation fee yet (as its not finished). But that too is poorly executed. There are gaps between the posts and the panels with sharp aluminum exposed where it is supposed to fit together. I hope they fix it on Tuesday morning
