I have ordered tarot card readings from aLissette m. in the past with no issue. However, two months ago I ordered a $35 reading. After 9 or so days, I emailed her asking where my reading was, in a polite way. She responded, claiming the wait time was 10-14 business days if I remember correctly. However, it does not/did not say that on her website, so I advised her of this. she still did not send me a reading or a refund which I later asked for. It's been two months now, and that is absolutely unacceptable. I have not received anymore emails or correspondence from her, leading me to believe she is a scam artist. Unfortunately, I paid her through ***, and *** says thy can't do anything about it.

I resolved this with *** a while ago and I'm not an LLC, so I don't even qualify to be looked at by Revdex.com. Thank you so much. This is resolved and can be ignored.

Lissette M. Is not a nice person and is not a good business woman. She finally did send me my reading, but not before trying to avoid doing the right thing. She was upset that I contacted the Revdex.com regarding her taking my money and not providing a service. She claimed she had hired someone to go through her emails, and that that person didn't respond to anyone's emails. Then, once she found out I contacted Revdex.com, before she even contacted me, and I believe she only contacted me because she saw that I complained, she said she didn't feel "comfortable" Completing the reading. I never got an apology or any regretful words or actions from her. All I got was hostility and a reading that I didn't even want or need anymore, in which she said I could now say she "isn't a scammer," that "she hopes she doesn't ever have to hear from me again," and that I "don't deserve her gift." She doesn't deserve my business, but since she doesn't offer refunds, I had no other choice. We exchanged a good 8-10 emails before I called her a scammer and she finally just did the reading on May 13th. I hope she thinks twice in the future before trying to scam someone else. And she is wrong that this can be "ignored." No, it shouldn't be ignored. That's what got her into this mess in the first place is ignoring paying customers and then trying to avoid doing the right thing. Thank you.
Hello! I am not understanding why I'm getting another email? I did respond already. It's even posted on your website. Yes, she resolved it to her own satisfaction. I just wanted a refund and I didn't need her services anymore, but she said she doesn't offer refunds, so I had no choice but to accept the reading. Thank you.
