hightechcbd.com offer (6/30/18) is inaccurate and charges were fraudulent
Attempted to purchase midday 6/30/18 for a friend based on a link - double checked and it is 'the site'
The site presented an offer of 'buy 3 @39.99 and get two free (expired today / shipping free)....s/b approx $120 plus.
I looked over all on the page and noticed Total $195 at bottom. I moved forward because promotional code/discount is often found on the final purchase page.
It wasn't and it clicked to COMPLETION (after offering another bottle at a discount)
I was declined at the end with a purchase ID and contact number.
That number was 'billing only' and when he said my CC was declined a red flag went up, but I offered to give another CC, but first I wanted to confirm the price s/b approx $120 plus tax, but not $195. That was when I was informed it was a 'billing only.'
I waited 4-5 hours and ckd my CC site - there were two temporary transactions posted, both for $217.95

I appreciate the irony - I am an elder seeking relief for arthritis - not a buzz - live in Texas.
Normally I research something like this six ways to Sunday, but a friend sent this link so I could get this for us both and apparently I followed the bouncing ball.
My CC says they'll remove because it was declined by the hightechcbd company - reason was the numbers didn't match. My CC (***) double checked the charge and the numbers were good.
So, I think I got blessed that the charge didn't go through, but I am concerned that this company has the 'correct' CC numbers so I am going ahead to cancel the CC and get a new card.
I am certain there is no resolve from my perspective as a consumer/purchaser, but I felt the need to assist in making others award that something is just not right about this site/company, despite their profession of being Shark Tank winners on the site.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and I saw this company's product (HighTech CBD Gummies) advertised and per their advertisement thought it might help with some of the issues I suffer from with my MS. I ordered multiple bottles of the product since it was a promotion and tried it for several days. I CANNOT stand the taste of the product and it actually makes me nauseous! I dread having to take it! On their website under "Customer Care" they advise you to contact the company through this phone number (888-609-6469) to get an "return authorization number". First I tried to contact the company several times through the email address (***@hightechcbd.com) displayed on their website under "Customer Care". Every email I sent was returned stating not deliverable. Today I decided to call them, again on the number displayed under "Customer Care" on their website. The first few times I was disconnected. Finally someone did answer the phone and I was advised that I had contacted the company's billing service. The female on the other end of the line said she would send an email to the company letting them know that I wanted to return the unused items I had purchased. I asked if she couldn't give me the direct number or email to the company & she told me that they didn't even have that information & the only way they can communicate with the company is by email. Does this not sound shady or what! So that is why I am contacting the Revdex.com. My order receipt displays this address: *** Longmost, CO, XXXXX. The address is very faint so I hope I gave you the correct one. Apparently nothing on this company's website is correct -all their contact information is a hoax so I believe these people are running some sort of a scam! I am extremely frustrated and annoyed and I'm hoping you can help me with this situation.

Refund I would like a complete reimbursement of $217.95 to the account this order was charged on. I only used several gummies from one bottle (I originally received six) and the other five are unopened. I feel I should receive a full refund due to the stress and aggravation this company has infringed on my life and for all the fake information they have on their website! I would like to prevent other consumers from being sucked into this company's scam! All they are doing is taking advantage of people!
The company said they were going to reimburse me days ago but no refund to date. I had to post a negative review on their FaceBook page to get a response from them but their promise to reimburse me may also be a scam! This company is not to be trusted.
