I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The case manager knew the car was being gifted from my sister ***. The case manager even stated to print out the amount it costs to switch the title over, so it can be covered through the program, as was told to owners of High Tech auto before the car was picked up. As for the registration, it was a simple mix up with stickers, as my sister owns both vehicles, and we explained the mix up and provided the actual registration (not expired) for the carThere was no matter of fraud and the owners were well aware of both situations, as I record all calls and have proof of owners acknowledging both matters, along with the case managers instructions for the car to switched to my nameI would like the reimbursement of the $for the tow as this was clearly a matter of discrimination and not a matter of fear of losing the license due to fraud
