Acquisition of decals was very goodDecals were created in a timely manner and appeared to be of appropriate qualityI consulted with company reps for application and removal of decals to ensure no damage was done to my vehicleIn spite of my carefully following their directions, a portion of my clear coat was stripped off when I removed the decalI attempted to discuss this with them and requested compensation in the form of complimentary magnets, as I would not be able to reuse the decals given the damage they did to my carMarty was polite but unwilling to accommodate my requestDeanna was horrible! She was unreasonable and rude- a complete reversal of how she acts when all is going in her favorI am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by these individuals, and will never do business with them again, and I recommend you TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
