I have requested over times to be taken off their call list, and they keep hassling me to renew my warranty that I have never even purchasedWhere as before, they were calling me once a day, they have upped it to two times in the past hourI'd never give my business to someone who is that desperate

When I was signing up for this vehicle warranty plan I could not afford to pay the full price up front so the salesman told me that I could just pay monthly and I thought it would be like paying for my regular vehicle insurance and he had reassured me that I would be able to cancel and be refunded the amount of my payments for the period of time I had the protection plan and he then gave me a phone number to call in case I did have to eventually cancel my insurance plan with themHe never told me anything about a specific month to month plan that did not refund the money paid into itHad I know that I would not be able to get my money refunded then I would never have signed up for this in the first place because I didn't know for sure if I would be able to afford this plan for the full years and that was what I was trying to tell him

I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS COMPANY AT ###-###-#### TO TALK WITH SOMEONE, AND I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AVABILE RIGHT NOW, AND I AM TRANSFERED TO THEIR VOICEMAIL, I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS VM TO CALL ME BACK BUT I HAVE YET TO GET A PHONE CALL BACK I WANTED TO CANCEL MY SUSCRIBTION FOR THE LAST MOS NOW, BECUASE I GOT A WAY BETTER RATE FROM ANOTHER COMPLANY WHO HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND I WAS PROMISED TO GET A REFUND IF I EVER CANCEL MY POLICY WITH THEM, AND THIS IS THE 3RD MONTH NOW THAT i'LL BE PAYING FOR THIS POLICY
