My husband and I purchased a Robin Bruce by Rowe sectional in July of 2014. Michelle was the sales associate who assisted us in this purchase. Within the first month we became concerned about the quality of our sofa and contacted Michelle at High Point Furniture Sales to make her aware of our concerns. After several phone calls we were given the option of spending an additional $800 to remedy the issue. When we informed them that we did not feel it was our responsibility pay to fix the issue, it was suggest that we sell the sofa on Craigslist. We have continued to pursue this issue, requesting that the manufacturer warranty this issue. We were told that we would be contacted by the customer service department, but have not heard from Michelle or anyone at High Point Furniture Sales. Our repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It is our experience that the customer service is nonexistent at High Point Furniture Sales and the quality of furniture is poor.
