*** and *** from High Performance Carpet Cleaning really amazed me as they turned a filthy carpet in a rental home I own into a clean and visually appealing carpet that looks like it is fairly new - and not years old
Without any instructions from me, they automatically pre-treated all the dirty patches (believe me - that was about 1/of the carpet) and took extra time and effort in getting all the dirt outBefore they started, I was doubtful that the carpet would look good enough to present to a new tenant, but my doubt was totally erased when I saw the final result - exceptionally clean (and good smelling) carpet!
Even on a cold winter day, the carpet dried within about hours with just a little extra ventilationI was elated!

This business is top notch! The profesionalism , promptness and attention to detail is second to none. He literally saved my carpet. I had brand new carpet put in right before Waldo canyon fire hit our neighborhood. We suffered MAJOR smoke and ash damage and was mitigated by a different company. A year or so later my carpet was in horrible shape! I thought it was a lost cause. [redacted] came in a took out all the soap and ash from the previous company. Looks and smells like brand new. Just used him again today for the second time for my yearly cleaning. Still amazing!!! Highly recommended!
