Review: Claimed safe out of warranty to charge for service and repair.
I called on 9/6/13, spoke to [redacted] who directed me to his superior [redacted] I called [redacted] on the same day and left a message to return my call. On Saturday 9/7/13 I called [redacted] to report I had not heard from [redacted] and left with him the information about my safe. He instructed me to call her again and if no response by noon to call him back. That afternoon after not hearing from [redacted] again I called [redacted] who Informed me my safe was out of warrantee and to repair the broken parts, in home, would cost $250. I informed [redacted] that there is a sticker on the inside of my safe that states Life Time warranty on parts and labor. It does Not state Limited warranty.
On Monday 9/9/13 I called the safes 1-800 number and spoke to a technician who not only agreed the parts were under warranty but sent then to me free not even charging for shipping. On Wednesday 9/11/13 parts arrived installed and the safe is working again.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from [redacted]. I question how many of their customers are being defrauded to pay for parts and services that should be free

The first notification that I received of the customer's complaint was through a letter which was received from the Revdex.com. I immediately called the customer and apologized for the fact that I had not returned his phone call. Unfortunately I have been out of the office due to medical reasons. After speaking with the customer, I was made aware of the information that he received from my employee and advised him that I would speak to our employees to ensure that warranty coverage is researched fully prior to any charges quoted to prevent any customer being charged for services that are covered under warranty. At the end of the conversation I advised Mr. [redacted] that I would be sending him a check to cover some of the expenses of the batteries that he had to use due to the fact that his lock was malfunctioning for as long as it was. Mr. [redacted] seemed to be happy with the resolution and was very pleasant to speak with.

Consumer states he was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was taken care of, and appreciates the sincere apology from the company.
I would highly reccomend High Noble Safe Co., after a lot of research and shopping I finally decided they would be the Co. When I went back they had sold out of the safe I had decided upon, disappointed, I asked what else they had in my price range, they made some concessions and up graded me to a better safe within my price range. I had a very difficult schedule to accommodate and they fit me in. They were here on time, protected my house while moving the safe in, cleaned up afterward, walked me through the details of operation and handling, staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating to my number of questions. I would reccomend them to my friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with them. [redacted]
