To Whom It May Concern,In regards to complaint ID # *** a work order was placed on 8/17/for the light in the bathroom not workingThis is the first work order placed in the office with regards to this situationThe work order was placed with no permission to enter if the
residents were not home. attempts were made by maintenance staff to gain access to the apartment to complete this work orderThe last attempt was made on 8/21/Due to not being able to gain access to the apartment to complete the work order, the work order was closed outThe resident came back into the office again on 8/28/to place another work order for this issueEven though this work order also came in with no permission to enter, the maintenance staff were able to gain access and the light fixture in the bathroom was replaced successfully. We will not offer any kind of compensation to the resident as the resident failed to provide us with specific appointment blocks when not granting us permission to enter which delayed our maintenance staff from completing the work order in a timely manner.
