On 01/18/18, we received a call from *** *** indicating that she has an expired High Maintenance Salon & Spa Gift Certiciate. *** *** informed us that she has had many expiring gift certificates from other company's in which they have honored them. Knowing this
information, we did confirm with her the expiration date of 12/18/and the gift certificate number *** She then proceeded to want to know who she was speaking with because she was going to file a complaint. I then informed her who she was speaking with and that we did not appreciate her rudeness. With that said, we are going to refund a che/ck back to her for $65. We have many clients who we work with furthermore, we understand that you catch more flies with honey then you do vinegar. We believe *** *** missed the opportunity to experience the services our Salon & Spa embraces
