the missing shingles were replaced after one and half months of calling every day and complaints to various consumer agencies. the so called vented soffits are nothing more than slolted vinyl pieces made to have the appearance of venting the attic. the wood under neath has never been changed or modified to actually allow air flow. the ploy works for someone who does not know this fact, or is easily fooled by looking up. furthermore the fact that the roof needs attention six months after installation further proves that the material used and or workmanship is sub standard and faulty

My installer has been to the consumer's residence and has replaced the missing roof shingles. The consumer also stated that he contracted for vented vinyl soffits. All he has to do is go out his front door, look up, open his eyes and he will see the new vented vinyl soffit we installed on his...
