Review: I order a fuel pump for my motorcycle a 2007 suzuki m109r by phone in which I got online for $69.98 with my debit card from my checking account..July 24th 2015 it didn't work so they sent me two more that didn't work I returned all of the pumps I have a tracking number for the last one I sent back and requested a refund of my money they assured me that they would send me a check by mail I returned the last pump on 9/16/2015 I spoke to a Shawn on several occasions and he kept saying the he put it in the mail on a certain date it never came so I call him back someone else answer the phone and said that Shawn was at lunch and he would call back he didn't return my calls so I call back and all I get is a voice message recording if you can be of any assistance it would be greatly appreciate thank your for your help....J[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my money back they received their product back

Review: Bought a fule pump from them. set it up installed it didn't work and told them about it. They treated me like a mn saying it was my fault but couple emails later I finally got a Rma number for return for a replacement been over a month. no emails,no refund,no pump. Glad I didn't wait on them I bought a pump off eBay same one still new and cheaper bolted it in and works fine in the same set up their bad pump was in. I have date and emails and usps tracking if need would like my money back thank youDesired Settlement: refund in full
