Awesome job! We needed valet service so we called them with 2 days' notice. We asked them to handle an estimated number of 200 cars and they were able to sail through them with ease!

I ordered web design and management services from "High End Marketing Agency". The person I contacted was [redacted]. I was never granted a receipt or bill of sale. Furthermore I was never given a copy of the services rendered or to be provided. Upon payment and two weeks time elapsed I never received any services. I asked for a refund and was told $100 went to the "Business Partnet" and $150 went to the wordpress template. I paid $250 for these services via [redacted]. I was never granted anything for the services I paid for. I need a refund.Product_Or_Service: Web design managementDesired SettlementRefund in full $250.00Business Response Mr. [redacted] received a receipt of the invoice from [redacted] upon receipt. Per our policy, after 72 of work begins, only partial refund will be given, unless special circumstances. We did work for Mr. [redacted], yet he became very agressive and began harassing us by calling and texting an overwhelming amount of time. I then sent Mr. [redacted] an email letting him know that we would refund everything less the 25.00 for the domain name and it would be returned in 7-10 business days. He then left us alone. [redacted] is falsly claiming something here because he is upset. Consumer Response I am still waiting for the $150 refund. This is still short 100. I have not received any information about the domain name that was included in the sale which our company purchased via [redacted] with the money sent in from the $250. We need this domain name to brand our business which is the $25.00 Ms. [redacted] mentioned. Also it was noted in an e-mail that $75.00 would be deducted for an hour of work which we have no proof of at all. Furthermore the 72 hour cancellation notice was not given prior to sale.
