High End Cycles and Jason A [redacted] the Owner, charged us for a part that was cancelled and never rec'd, however after multiple attempts at getting a refund, during which time MrA [redacted] told us on multiple occassions that he was sending us a check, (and didn't) we were forced to take them to Court To this date even though we were awarded close to a thousand dollars, High End Cycles has still not returned our money The bottom line, they took money from us, got the money back from their Vendor, when the part order was cancelled, but they never returned the money to usSo bottom line, they stole our money and we had to fight to get it back This has been ongoing for over a year Take your business elsewhere, as this is not an honorable company

Not a place to bring your bike for repairs has my motorcycle for over 4 months still not finish n was paid in full the second week he took the bike said he wouldn't do no work unless I sign the insurance check over to him 8000.00 don't answer my calls or text bad business bout to get a lawyer n sue him .. Please don't bring your bike here
