You don't know whether the company is good or bad until you have problem with your furnace/AC system. After new installation by this company, I had an issue with the furnace. It wasn't operating properly. We called them but first thing they were saying I need to pay for the service to check and saying that there is nothing wrong with their furnace nor installation. First time when they came they could not find any problem as the furnace was working fine when technician was present. After he left, same problem happened. They were saying it could be HVAC control system(ecobee 3) issue or me not knowing how to use [redacted]. After contacting them and sending error message from [redacted] and screen shots, they've sent a technician. He came again and said that there is nothing wrong with the furnace until I showed a video of the light indicator blinking on the furnace. Then he started to trouble shoot and fixed the problem. It's been three weeks since installation without a heat. There is no urgency for them. No explanation of what was wrong nor no apologies for the inconveniences. [redacted]. Most of all, now is 2016 and they installed our furnace that was manufactured in 2015. @[redacted]: Is it normal business practice?

BTW, [redacted] is great!
