On February 18th, *** arrived at our facility (Higgins Auto Parts) to order & pay for an engine for her Sentra that was
quoted by ***The total amount for this transaction was $including taxHiggins Auto Parts did not have this engine in stock and we had to order the engine from a vendor of ours that is located in Eugene, OregonOn February 24th the motor arrived from our vendor and it was picked up by the customer*** never called at anytime to tell us there was something wrong with the motorOn March 18th *** & *** arrived at our facility with an engine*** assumed it was the core they were returning, but in fact it was the motor we had sold themThe first statement by *** was that the motor was not any good and then he stated it would not fit their vehicle*** *** (VP-Production) called the repair shop (Magic Auto Repair) where the vehicle was taken to for repairs and they stated the engine was the same but the flywheel was wrong***'s Sentra was an automatic transmission and the flywheel that came with the engine that we ordered for them was for a standard transmissionI am confused why they could not use the flywheel off of their engineDuring the time that they were both here *** stated they had sold the vehicle to Pick Your Part*** had charged them $for the freight we were charged to get it shipped to our facility and the freight we were charged to get it back to our vendorAs for ***'s statement about one of our employees telling her we don't ship the parts back and we keep them at our facility, I would really like to know who she was speaking toI have a freight bill from X-showing that we shipped the engine back to our vendorAfter reviewing this complaint with *** and *** and getting all of the facts from them and reviewing the freight bills we are willing to refund *** an additional $
