This business responded to me directly. At this time, we have agreed to a
revision to the original agreement as [redacted] is not able to perform the patio
project due to health issues. We agreed to call the work he performed
to-date on the patio...

as partially completed (foundation) and payment made
to-date was considered payment in full to [redacted] for completion of the patio
foundation. They completed the requested projects in the garage (walls,
ceiling, floor) and they have been paid in full.
All revised payments have been made in full, all revised work has been
completed in full, and our business together is now completed.
