The staff is incompetent I called last week to get my son's meds refilled They said no problem Went the next day to pick them up, they weren't there OK Called back this week and talked to the Doctor's office again Was again told they would call in a refill Went to get the meds today, no refill They finally told the pharmacist that we needed to make an appointment for him Well, I called and asked why we weren't told either time of the need for an appointment, and the response was that's not our problem, make and appointment or find another doctor, she didn't care either way By the Office Manager! So we are looking for another doctor
