Review: Ordered and paid for a product from the website on December 30. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my item. I've left them several emails just trying to get someone to respond with no success. This company has proven that it really doesn't care about its customers. A good, honest company would let a customer know if there was a problem with the shipping but not these guys. DO NOT buy from this company!! They have an 'F' rating for a reason. Just wished I would have gone to the Revdex.com sooner before I purchased my item.Desired Settlement: I just want the item I paid for. I don't want to tarnish their business. They've done enough of that with their garbage business practices. Karma works for and against businesses too, just like it does people.
