I went to use Express Urgent Care on Saturday, January 27, because they are in network for my insuranceMy insurance co pay is $Express urgent care told me I would have to pay $with insurance or $self-payI reiterated that my co pay was only $I was then told by paying the $that they were helping me meet my deductibleI had a feeling something was off so I left without serviceI contacted my insurance company and was told this was not okay and I should never have to pay more than my co-pay which they should know since they have a contract
